Implementation Roadmap (12 months)

Stratos Lab has a clear 12-month roadmap for development and deployment:

  • Months 1–4: Finalize the AI model design and conduct extensive backtesting. Build the Minimum Viable Product (MVP) vault on the Solana testnet, incorporating the core yield-engine and risk-engine. Begin developing the user dashboard and strategy configurator.

  • Months 5–8: Launch a closed testnet of Stratos on Cosmos (e.g., a local IBC-enabled zone). Integrate IBC Eureka in the development environment to test real cross-chain transfers. Roll out the dApp for public testing (dashboard UI + vault deployment) and invite early users through incentivized test-farming.

Months 9–12: Upgrade to mainnets, enabling full Cosmos multi-chain vaults (e.g., interacting with Osmosis, Juno). Deploy on Ethereum (using Skip:Go) so vaults can include ETH and ERC20 assets. Build the enterprise SDK and documentation for partnerships. The goal is a public mainnet launch across Cosmos Hub and Ethereum by month
